Bharatpur Development Authority (BDA) is the nodal urban development body responsible for the planned growth, infrastructure, and public services of Bharatpur.
The Pump Management System (PMS) is one of several digital initiatives run by BDA to improve service delivery and transparency across the city's civic infrastructure.
About the System
PMS provides a real-time, role-based dashboard for monitoring and managing the city's monsoon drainage pumps. It enables authorities to track pump status, respond to complaints, and generate operational reports across all vendor and location sites.
- Live pump status (ON / OFF / Maintenance) with location mapping
- Status history logging and daily run-time summaries
- Citizen complaint capture with automated WhatsApp routing
- Excel / PDF / CSV report exports for any date range
- Role-based access for Admin, Junior Engineer, and Operator
User Roles
Administrator
Manages users, pumps, and locations. Full access to all reports, system configuration, and historical logs.
Junior Engineer (JE)
Oversees pumps assigned to their zone. Assigns operators, reviews running summaries, and downloads zonal reports.
Operator
Field user responsible for updating pump status (ON / OFF / Maintenance) and logging remarks from the site.
